+ Currently designing an electromechanical throttle control program that will autonomously run EPA drive cycle test on a 50 cc single cylinder, water cooled, 4 cycle, fuel injected, SI engine.
Advanced Composites Research Engineering & Science - University of California, Davis, February 2013- July 2014
+ Designed and built three environmental chambers for hygrothermal tests under various conditions.
+ Manufactured composite specimens using vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM)
+ Performed material tests using an MTS Dynamic Testing Machine and an Instron Impact Tester.
+ Managed a team of four undergraduate student researchers to produce project deliverables.
+ Led the design, fabrication, and testing of an apparatus for performing concurrent mechanical and hygrothermal testing on a variety of composite specimens.

+ Independently designed and fabricated the gear shifter assembly for the 2013 buggy.

+ Performed demonstrations in front of a class of 30+ students to teach them how to accomplish tasks in the metal shop.
+ Helped the students improve their various shop skills such as welding, and machining.
+ Designed and fabricated equipment, such as welding stations and storage units, in order to improve lab efficiency for current and future students.
